1. The service

RCT Publish is a content publishing tool operated by RC TRAINING PRO (Richmond Baiden), France. It is used to prepare, schedule and publish content to the operator's own YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts. There is no public sign-up.

2. Platform terms

• By using the YouTube features of RCT Publish, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Content published to TikTok must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service, the Community Guidelines and, where applicable, the Branded Content Policy and the Music Usage Confirmation.
• Content published to Instagram must comply with the Instagram Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines.

3. Your content

You remain the owner of the content you publish and are responsible for it, including the rights to the music, images and people that appear in it. RCT Publish publishes nothing without an explicit action from you.

4. Availability

RCT Publish is provided as is, without warranty. Publishing depends on third-party platforms whose services, rules and limits may change. A post may be delayed or refused by a platform; its status is always shown in the app.

5. Privacy

How data is accessed, used, stored and deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Governing law and contact
